ChatConverts is an AI-powered file converter: you upload a file, describe what you want in plain language, and download the result. It is an independent project — not a large company — offered free of charge, with daily usage limits to keep it sustainable.

By using the service you agree to:

• Only upload files you own or have the right to use.
• Not upload or distribute malware, or use the service to produce harmful content.
• Not upload content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits, probe, or disrupt the service.

We may throttle, block, or terminate access that violates these rules or puts the service at risk.

You keep all rights to the files you upload and the results you download. We only use your files to run the conversion you asked for, and they are deleted automatically within 24 hours — see the privacy policy for the details.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Conversions are performed by automated tools and AI, and may occasionally be imperfect or fail. Always keep your original file and check the output before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any damages arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for it — which, for the free service, is zero.

Features and limits may change as the project evolves, and these terms may be updated — the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
